In order to send your E-Action letter, you must complete the following form. Once you are satisfied with the letter, click "create". This will not send the letter, only create it.
Shortly after creating the letter, you will receive an email at the address you provide below which will contain a link back to your letter, as well as a verification code. Once you return to the website, and enter your code, the action letter will be sent. A copy of the letter will also be sent to your email address for your records.
